This is my tiny cactus in a 2 in. pot. I got to play with my macro lens and tripod today. I think this is probably the second time I’ve used my macro lens. Slowly learning a little bit each day.

A late bloomer. I planted a few seeds later in the season. This one of about 8 plants. There are a few more buds that may not open since we have more rainy and cooler weather heading our way. I’m a little bummed about it but I’ve learned so much about gardening this year that I can’t complain.
